Connection Finder
Referral hiring is the best channel. Everyone knows this. But when you ask a colleague for referrals, you get two or three names - the people cached in their head at that moment. Not the 500 people actually in their network.
I wanted to interrogate the whole network, not just the subset someone happens to remember.
What it does
Connection Finder lets you scan pools of contacts against a job description. Upload a LinkedIn GDPR export or other contact sources, define the role you’re hiring for, and let AI surface potential fits you’d never have thought to ask about.
The workflow:
- Import - Upload your contact pool
- AI Scan - Automated assessment against the job profile
- Comments - Add your own insights on suggested candidates
- AI Reevaluation - Refine based on your feedback
- Questions - Answer clarifying prompts
- Final Recommendations - Get a prioritized shortlist
The point isn’t to replace human judgment. It’s to make sure good candidates don’t get missed because they weren’t top-of-mind when someone glanced at their contacts for 30 seconds.
